At Nights End (private)

She pushed through the front door of their home. Chilled from the night air and the travel home.

She hung her cloak, then taking her hands she rubbed up and down her arms. Trying to bring the warmth back in them. Her dress was not entended to endure the harsh weather that was beginning. It was of light material and sleeveless at that.

"I'm freezing", she said walking to the living room, flicking her wand. The fireplace's once fragile fire blazed warmly, casting shadows about the room.

She turned back from the crackling fire, smilling to the man she adored above any other. And the list of men she put him before were high up and very honerable men at that. Finally she had found the one. The one she would spend the rest of her life with. Life was good, except the painful memories of those lost to them, before and during the last war. It had changed her. But how she wasn't sure. She just knew..things would never be the same and the past hurt. It was best to not think of it, if she was that fortunate to push it to the back of her mind.

"It's diffiently been a eventful afternoon and night", she said falling into the sofa, with a sigh..glad to be back home with the comforts it provided.

Hunter was at home he was on call, he had near demanded he took time off, for the purpose of his family he had demanded it from the Minister who had reluctantly allowed him too, he heard the door open and heard Pandora remark on it being cold, he was reading the muggle newspaper, he looked up over the top of his reading glasses and smiled before taking them off and putting them away "hello my love" he smiled as she sat and greeted her with a kiss on her cheek

"Mmm..your a sight for sore eyes. Nice to see your still up", she said kissing him in greeting. She then pulled a blanket over her shoulders. "It's so cold out tonight. Thankfully Hogwarts is locked down for the night and everything is peaceful. I'm so happy to be home. Especially with you."

"Any warm tea made? I would have a drink, but I think I should wait to see if Remus was right or not first", she sighed curling up on the sofa.

he smiled folding the newspaper and putting that and his glasses aside "i am sorry" he laughed lightly then kissed her cheek "the twins are asleep, and i waited up fo you of course" he grinned "no but i'll make you some tea" he smiled and got up "herbal or no?" he asked when he was by the door

"I can make it", she said getting up following him. I didn't mean to make you get up and do for me", she said softly taking his hand. "I could change while you make us some tea, either will do fine. I just need something warm".

She released his hand...walked quietly upstairs, returning later in her night dress.

"you have worked harder then me i insist i make you tea" he chuckled and kissed her hand then let her go upstairs as he made the tea he turned with her tea and smiled at what she was wearign "your going to only get colder like that" he laughed lightly then he smiled and frowned slightly "is something wrong, you don't seem..happy"

She looked down at herself and laughed. "Well thats what I have you for", she said wrapping her arms around him. "Mmm..your warm and feel awfully good. No I'm fine...just curious and wondering if we indeed have another child coming. Just seems odd after all this time. With christian grown and the Twins almost grown, is all. And I'm not as young as I used to be..ohh well", she sighed.

he smiled and wrapped his arms around Pandora kissing the top of her head he sighed slightly "I see..i see your point" he said and nodded lightly "it does feel strange, if you don't want the child Pandora you don't have to have him/her" he said softly looking to her seriously and brushing a loose strand of her face he kissed her lips once softly "i want you happy and comfortable, i don't want anything more then that, what you want i want" he stated and kissed her once again before he lent back o the counter and picked up his tea sipping it, the herbal scent he inhaled greatfully

"I will not test fate. If i am..then it is meant to be and we will deal with it. Just not so sure....I mean, I'm actually worried if it's only one or two again", she laughed nervously.

"Ohh well I shouldn't worry...everything will work out regardless", she picked up her tea and sipped it. "It has always been like that since we have been together...everything always been smooth as water."

he smiled and kissed her cheek "i just want you happy thats all that matters" he smiled again then stood back sipping his tea "we'll always sort something out, what ever you decide i'll stick by you, always, " he said and took another small sip of his tea blowing lightly on it

She looked up from her tea. "What did I ever do to deserve such a wonderful husband?", she asked admirring him with all her heart. Thank you hunnie I really appreciate that. We'll make it together..no matter what. Nothing so far has been to diffilcult for us both to handle, as long as we do it together."

he nodded and smiled taking her hand in his and kissing her hand "absolutly" he smiled again and sipped his tea before placing it on the counter top, he move to behind her and wrapped her arms around her "I love you" he said and kissed her neck once "sorry i'lltry not to make you spill your tea" he laughed lightly

She leaned her head into his as he wrapped his arms around her from behind. "And I love you more than anything in this world." She then turned to him kissing his lips softly.

"i guess i have it in me" he smiled his arms wrapped aroun her as he kissed her once in return "and you should stop ovulatingthen" he chuckled and kissed her neck brefly with a smile, "though, i have to admit don't really think about that, god it's too good to think" he chuckled and winked

She snuggled against him and returned his kiss.

"Well I would if I could", she laughed. "I don't think the potion is full proof...though it worked for the last 15 years. I was just meant to be, thats all", she shrugged. :I should got to St. Mungo's tomorrow. Find out whats going on and how many there are", she laughed
