Halloween Costume Ball

She smiled watching Remus acting like his old self. Picking up a plate herself...she got several things to nibble on. "Christian is not at all like Barty...works for the ministry...which if you didn't know is now run by Athur Weasley and much better now, she said smilling. "Teddy is here also..I seen him come in, but not sure where he got off to", she said taking a bite of cheese.

Remus wolfed down some sausage rolls and then picking up a large slice of chocolate fudge cake. He torn into it, getting crumbs on his costume and chocolate around his mouth. He gulped down the punch and looked back to her with his mouthful. ".. Didn't know Arthur was the minister.. nor that Christian was working for them all..... but I hope it is better....I would like to put this life to some use.." he said chewing he found, not having the best table manners,

Christian laughed and then changed Pan's position on his shoulder "bbe righ back" he grinned to two woman and then spotted his mother with his step-father and what was a Dementor, it didn't float so it was alright, he took some of his drink and headed over with a broad yet still as ever cheeky grin "Alright mum" he grinned planting a kiss on her cheek he looked to Hunter and lightly punched his shoulder in greeting smiling still, he then looked to the Dementor dressed being "cor..blimy, talk about back from the dead.."he gauped surprised

Hunter stood sipping his own drink and he nodded in greeting to Remus "intresting choice of costum" he then bent his head slightly at Pandoras words he glanced around and saw Christian, he turned back around sipping his drink then he heard the familular voice, and felt a punch on his shoulder making him almost spill his drink, he laughed slightly but gave Christian a look "what have you come as? a muggle?" he teased

"..I had little to wear at short notice.." he said in a mumbled voice as he continued to eat and drink "..it is good to see you though.. and pleased that you haven't been following.. your fathers footsteps.."

He then turned to Hunter ".. as I said to Christian.. this was rather, last minute news to me.. and others might be upset I am back.. many lost their families..."

She hugged Christian, kissing his cheek, before scolding him about his absence from her life. "Guess you can figure out how that happened", she said cheekily to Christian. "Remus re-meet my oldest Christian. Whom always has excusses why not to see his mum."

"..I am not getting involved Pandora, it's your family, not mine.2 he said looking away from her, taking a large gulp of Punch before picking up some pumpkin pie. Remus was trying to take his mind off losing Dora and how his son reacts towards him.

"urgh Mother" he rolled his eyes and laughed lightly "good to see you two, alrigh' Lupin, don't look that old, has Mum been slipping you de-aging potions?" he grinned "and you son has a perfect reasonable explination" he grinned still "been up in London, i live there remember? gotta be mean to keep em' keen" he mused "right laugh them lot up there are, good lookin' too half of em' anyway" he shrugged drinking down his punch then he gave Hunter an expasted look "Muggles still fancy dress" he chuckled and smiled

Hunter chuckled sipping his drink "as you say Christian, and you still have that report to hand in you know, just becasue your my step-son does not mean i'll let you slack off" he smiled pointing a mocking finger at him, yet was all serious, he then looked to Remus "nice to see you up and about Remus.."

"..No Christian, I was brought back as you know.. so i would have been the age that I died, without the wounds and greys, but I still have the condition.."

He then looked back to Hunter and nodded ".. yes it is nice to be up and about... but I haven't been here.. since...." he said glancing around the hall..

"The decor is brilliant" she admitted. Ella smiled and just nodded as he said be right back. She bit her lip and pushed her hands into her jacket pockets and licked her dry lips.
Ella wondered over to the food and drinks table and got herself a cup. Within minutes she'd filled it was punch and had wondered over to her previous spot; before gulping some down and quenching her thirst.

"Thast no excuse...have you forgotten how to disapparate, she asked giving him a disapproving look. Fine..if you perfer muggles to your own pureblood...whatever can I do. Just wish you came and saw me more." Hunter should drag you home, i should blame him too."

"Surely you don't make Christian so busy he doesn't have time to visit me", she asked looking to her husband?

"Are you making fun of my use of potions son?", she asked fighting to laugh? He knew full well she used potions, how else could she still look 23 and prefectly beautiful after all this time.

"Yes remus..it is very nice to see you out. I hope your feeling well", she said warmly.

Christian rolled his eyes again "No Mother, i have not forgotten" he then lowered his voice "no offense mum but you lot are a bit boring" he mused and shrugged giving his mother a one arm hug "Nah, love you really Mum, but really? have you any idea how bad it looks for me to go spend time with my mum? i got friends too you know, and all wizarding i'll have you know" he grinned and sniggered slightly at the tone his mother was using at Hunter then Christian in reply to Hunter said "i'm not slacking" he held his hands up "just...taking a lonnng break?"

he chuckled lightly "He's a handful to even catch let alone drag" he pointed out and smiled "and I don't make him busy, i am equally giving out assignments, and he actually is behind in reporting them" he raised an eyebrow to Christian "well i think you should stop your break and get down to work" he chuckled lightly and finished of his drink putting his empty cup on the side, and his hands in his pockets

Ella was beginning to get bored, so gulped down the rest of her punch and placed the cup on her side; her head wrapped around a pumpkin pasty before she wondered over to Christian and stood by his side; a small smile on her lips. "Hey again" she giggled, nibling the pasty.
