Halloween Costume Ball

Christian just laughed "alrigh, alright chill, i'll do it" he rolled his eyes then turned around at the sound of the girl. Ella he had met earlier he grinned and put a hand on her back half pulling and pushing her towards them "Mum this is Ella btw, just met her" he shrugged "Ella this is my mum, Pandora, step-dad, Hunter and the one as a dementor is a friend of the family"

"Good I'm glad you still retain something I taught you. I see poor Pan doesn't have a chance with your relentlessness. Just curious...is the reason you've not been by to see me have anything to do with any females", she asked Christian trying not to sound or look the way she felt about that idea?

She nodded to the girl briefly as she came to stand in on their conversation...clearly not pleased. One thing she had trouble with was turning loose...she had always had such a tight hold on her family...protecting them for so long..it was hard for her to let things be.

She walked to the punch table and refilled her punch...then adding rum discreatly(sp).

"If i said no, you wouldn't believe me, so i'll say yes which is true" he grinned "you should seen them though, there like models up there" he chuckled "not bad either" he grinned "and cause i ain't forgotten, after the amount of year you drummed stuff into my head, i'd had trouble forgetting," he rolled his eyes, at his mums reply and obviously dissaproval "lighten up.." he coaxed nudging his mother lightly in her side.

"Yes I guess I should lighten up...protecting you all, was my reason for existing for so long. It's all i know. It's hard to just stop", she said sadly.

"I do have some news..well almost forgot, actually", she said banishing her drink.

"Hunter and I may be adding to the family." Another child", she said then glanced to Hunter to see his reaction. they hadn't talked and she had no idea how he felt about all this.

Christian looked to his mother for a moment then laugh" at it lik bloomin rabbits" he shurgged "best be a boy is all" he laughed "you sure you are, mean you don't look,well fat and out here" he made a gesture over his stomach balloning it "your actually having it, he, she, whaterver you wanna call it" he shrugged not at all that phased as years back

Hunter had been silent for most of the time now, listening and watching Pandora reaction at the girl approaching, he only slightly raised his eyebrow, confussed almost he nodded polielty to the girl and gave her a small smile he then looked to Pandora at the mention of another child, true, he and Pandora hadn't talked about it at all since they found out, he thought for a moment, he had wanted another child, but what did Pandora really want? he chuckled only slightly and Christian's way of words "like rabbits? intresting.."

"Christian", she scolded.."mind your manners." She fought a smile but lost the battle. She smiled to Hunter and winked..he knew her better than anyone. He was probably wondering what her problem was over Christian dating. Though she didn't really know herself. Maybe it was just hormones...maybe she didn't want anyone infiltrating their private world, not used to outsiders.

"We don't know yet if it's a boy or girl..which ever will be just fine with us."

He looked over to them, over hearing. He looked away and took some more punch, falling into silence as he thought about the life he could have had, not Tonks was done and his son had already grown up. ".... congratulations.." he mumbled before swigging the drink back, starting to feel the alcohol in it..

Ella smiled gently and took awhile to reply. "Pleasure to meet you Ma'am, pleasure to meet you sir" she said bowing gently, as she spoke to Pandora and Hunter before turning to Remus. "Pleasure to meet you aswell, nice costume" she giggled, before smiling broadly.

He glanced over to the girl before pulling the hood back so he could see and be seen properly "..thank you, just a old tatty cloak though..." he said looking down and going back to the good, not looking at all in the mood for smiling..

Ella smiled gently. "No problem, and it's better than what I've come as; nothing" she pointed out. She bit her lip and waited for Christian to talk, feeling a little out of place.

Remus took his new glass of punch and took a place of cakes and some hotdogs and made his way out of the Hall and sat out on the steps in the entrance hall finding it too hard to be in the hall, at least while he was sober..

Ruby walked into the hall, after many years being out of School. She wore a a short gold coloured dress, that sat a few inches above he knee, and enhanced certain curves. She had champagne coloured shoes on and a matching masqurade mask on, her long blonde hair flowing down.

Looking around, she took in the atmosphere, forgeting how much she reall did enjoy being at school. Her eyes lingered on a fairly tall, blonde boy. "Well, what have we here.." she walked over confidently as usual, but was slightly taken aback when she noticed who it was. Christian Crouch. The very same boy who Ruby always ended up in trouble with. "Christian, haven't you grown up.." Ruby said with a small smile, mentally kicking herself when her eyes looked over him yet again. "Why did he have to end up looking like this.." she thought to herself.

Christian chuckled slightly far off talking to Ella "oh i dunno, put a plastic black bag round you you could either pass as..hmm Bat ah woman" he laughed once " or a black snake, simple really, could even use a hat, "he looked around spotted a boy with some hat christian took the hat winked then put it on his head and looked to Ella "Good'ay mate" he laughed then smiled "see Austrailian muggle, there pretty coll gotta love the accents, he put the hat back on the rather annoyed looking boy and Christian himself rolled his eyes, movement out the corner of his eyes, caught his attention, or rather the legs did at first, he raised an appreciative eyebrow and nodded in approval his eyes travled up the finger and he almost fell back "Blimy!" he said suddenly blinking and rubbing his eyes as the girl approached, "well, well well, if it isn't little o'l Ruby and i can say the same to you" he grinned she was a tad shorter then him.

She grinned looking up to him. "Well, how've ya been then?" Ruby laughed a little and took of the Masqurade mask and placed a hand on her hip. "I 'aven't seen you in..well..A while." she smiled and remembered the first time they met, how they fought over sitting under a tree, but on the same day he was her first kiss? They really did have an odd "relationship".
