Catching up.

Ruby pulled Christian out by the hand to sit by the lake, laughing "So, what was your last girlfriend like? I bet she'd be jealous to see you with a hot blonde like me, eh?" She winked jokingly and sat down, looking out to the lake. Still in her dress, just like when she was yonger Ruby didn't care about getting her clothes dirty.

he snorted you didn't need to be a rocket scientist to work out Ruby's state "you light weight!" he laughed and rolled his eyes, feeling more ore less perfectly soba, "and i have only had one girlfriend, which didn't work, i didn't like the whole commit stuff" he shrugged "so i just go with the flow" he laughed taking a clumsy sip of his now 2 thirds empty bottle of firewhisky, it was only clumsy due to being pulled along.

"Shuttit, i'm perfectly fine." She rolled her eyes. "Just uh..happy?" Ruby ran her hands through her hair and leaned back, supported on her hands. "I'm not one for commitment. The last guy i went out with tried to get me to move in with 'im. So course i said no."

he shrugged "last one was all ready plaaning marriage and house stuff, only dated her a year, actaully, though after half o it, i got bored" he shrugged genuinely and smiled then sat down beside her, cross legged like the old times, he sipped some more of his drink

"What type of girl in her right mind would plan Marraige with you?" Ruby laughed jokingly. Looking to the drink she rolled her eyes then looked to him. "Can I 'ave some?" she asked, knowing not to steal it from him again.

"don't ask" he grinned then taungtingly waved it in front of her "I f you say please i might" he grinned taking another sip purposefully "mm, oh dear nearly all gone.." he laughed teasing and he lent back against the tree they had suddenly sat and settled under

"Just gimme it already! I aint sayin' please for you!" Laughed Ruby leaning over him to get to it, but it was still out of her reach. "I asked instead of stealin', doesn't that mean anything?" She stated still trying to get to the bottle.

he grinned "Ha, you still said please!" he laughed and handed her the bottle after nearly falling backwards under her attempts, "is it safe to give you any more?" he laughed and grinned putting his arms crossed under his head against the tree

She stuck her tounge out at him like she usually did when he proved her wrong. "I'm not drunk." Ruby laughed leaning back on the tree, taking a drink out of the bottle and handing him it back. "Thanks.." she mumbled trying to restrain a smile.

"you are too, such a light weight" he laughed and finished of his bottle "there no more for you" he grinned and chapped his lips together, he fancinced another but didn't conjour one "so come on tell us bout' your love life?" he laughed "non-existant? uneventful? boring? bet you got no action eh?" he laughed almost falling over in laughter at the thought.

Ruby shrugged and laughed. "My love-life..is actually pretty uneventful, if i'm honest." she rolled her eyes. "And trust me..I'm in desperate need of some action.." She laughed looking out to the lake, still leaning against the tree. "So, what 'bout your love life? It has to be better then mine at the moment." She laughed.

he shurgged "got a few girls intreste in me" he grinned then "other then that dunno, but i'm not finding them that appealing dunno, they haven't got the 'look' he shrugged weird but that me" he grinned and winked the laughed "I see, off you go then there probably plently willing enough"

"Whats "The look" for you then?" She laughed sitting up curious. "I always thought you liked any girl with a pulse, my mistake." Ruby smiled cheekily. "And do you think if there were any guys willing, i'd be here right now?" she laughed.

he laughed "honestly you women, bad now as you where a girl" he coaxed "hmm the look, it is the 'come get it, if you want it' look, thats where the saying if looks could kill comes in only this look would soo not kill" he nodded with a small smile and then laughed suddenly "all alone eh? i could of got someone if you didn't come along" he poked her side "bet she would of been a right good un'"

"Fine then! I'll just go, shall i Fetch the girl for you?" She rolled her eyes and laughed pushing him lightly. "Heaven's forbid someone actually wanted to talk to you." Ruby laughed.
